FURLOUGH
MONDAYS
Starting
Monday, July 12th, the County pools will be closing
every other Monday. We
will be doing Open Water swims at the Kona Pier on these days
instead of practicing at the pool. The Open Water swims will be
with weather and ocean conditions permitting. Please see Coach
Kathy if you have any questions or concerns.
We will need parent volunteers to help with water safety during the
Furlough Monday practices at the pier. You simply can ride along on
a surf board to help out our younger kids. Please let Coach Kathy know if you
are willing and available to help out.
The dates are: July 12 and 26; August 9 and 23;
September 20; October 4 and 18; November 1, 15 & 29; December
13 and 27, 2010.
